By using Stylish Fonts or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

License

Subject to these Terms and applicable store terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

Description of the service

Stylish Fonts creates and copies Unicode-based text transformations, symbols, decorations, bios, and text utilities.

Unicode and compatibility

Styled output relies on Unicode characters. Appearance may vary by device, app, and font. Some apps or platforms may not support every character. We cannot guarantee that a style will copy, display, or work successfully in every third-party app, and third-party platforms may change support at any time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the text and other content you create and for where and how you use it. You must not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, infringement, fraud, or abuse.

Third-party services

The app and website may depend on third-party services, including Google Play, RevenueCat, Zoho ZeptoMail, operating systems, and social apps where text is pasted. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Premium and purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through Google Play. Premium access is subject to store transaction status. Subscription renewal and cancellation are governed by Google Play and other applicable store terms. We do not guarantee refunds; refund eligibility is determined by applicable Google Play or store policies and law.

Availability and changes

The app and website may change, experience outages, be updated, discontinue features, or have compatibility changes. We do not promise perpetual or uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The Stylish Fonts brand, website design, app code, original content, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We do not claim ownership over Unicode itself. You retain rights in your own original text and content.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement where such warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms disclaims non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stylish Fonts and its owner/operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or damages arising from third-party platform compatibility or use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the service or violation of another person’s rights.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse or violation of these Terms.
